Since 2010, InDay has been a cornerstone of LinkedIn’s culture, but declining participation and outdated themes threatened its relevance. Post-pandemic, many employees—especially new hires—were unaware of its purpose, and flexible work arrangements made engagement even harder.

​

Design in Mind revitalized InDay with a dynamic campaign to reignite excitement and connection. The brand was refreshed with a modernized logo and cohesive assets for digital and physical spaces. A compelling video and engaging visuals were produced to inspire participation, while concise, impactful messaging reinforced InDay’s value for employees and managers. The result? A fresh, engaging InDay that feels relevant, inspiring, and built for today’s workforce.
